Hi - as I sit here looking out on a white snowy field, I know my life is fabulous. We just returned from our Annual Board of Directors meeting - this year held in Islamorada, in the Florida Keys. Lovely weather, and lots of decisions were made. The main one, we have - again - decided to continue to have the Bounce Free! Sport Bra made here in the USA. I have been in contact with a number of manufacturers from China, and the Philippines. I am proud to say that, even though the cost is much higher, we are going to continue to use our USA manufacturers.

Hi to all our wonderful customers................... and best wishes for a Terrific Mothers Day. Hope you will be able to relax, and maybe even have some folks wait on YOU. You deserve to be pampered.
Glad Bloomsday, the run / walk, here in Spokane, WA went so well last week-end, and we were blessed with nice weather. (it had been pretty "iffy") Many of our customers contacted us, and said they loved their Bounce Free! sportsbra, and those who reported said they had a great time.
Again Happy Mom's Day - I am taking my Mom out to our friends' house, for what I am sure will be a lovely meal.
We have just returned from our annual Board of Directors meeting. We met in Thailand again, and spoke with people again, about having the Bounce Free! Sports Bra manufactured in Thailand for our 9th production run.
The offers were very good, the workmanship fantastic, and the pricing - hmmm, very good, to say the least.
However, I STILL feel Proud to say our Bounce Free! Sportsbras are manufactured HERE in the USA. We have facilities in California, Idaho and Washington that we use. (not single gals sewing) We have one hundred DOZEN bras made for each production run.
Sooo we continue to keep our money in the USA.
This month we have sent our check to the American Cancer Foundation - in hopes of finding a cure for that devastating disease.
On a good note - I am looking out onto a beautiful field of snow, with more coming down. We will have a white Christmas.
Best wishes to each and every one of you for a MERRY CHRISTMAS and a Happy, and Profitable New Year in 2011. Penny Jo ;o)
Hi All - Well, I did it - after being told I was "years overdue"............... I got a colonoscopy.- properly called Gastrointestinal Endoscopy.. Now, the Doctor and Nurses say I should do PR for them - I am here to tell you IT IS NOT SO BAD. My "hint" - do NOT eat every much the day before you start the cleansing. I did not find ANY of it to be bad. Do NOT listen to folks who tell you bad stories about it. I was prepared for a bad day, but it was just fine. AND, the actual day of the procedure, well the Nurses and Doctor were soooo efficient and pleasant. Then, they put you out, and you don't feel/know a thing. My friend was there when I awoke, and we went out to lunch, and then home. I did take a nap when I got home, but otherwise, it was a pleasant day. And, they told me - I have a clean bill of health - no problems at all found. Sooo, that is a good thing. Please, do not be like me, and avoid it because you have heard bad things - GO GET THE TEST DONE. You do need a "base line" from which the doctors can work in the future. OK, go schedule one !!! I am very pleased that I did. I am praying your results are as nice as mine. ;o)
Hi to all - a reminder for all of you to please go and get a Mammogram. So many lives have been saved by early detection. I just had one done, and it is really not tooo bad. A bit uncomfortable (and my boobs are always very tender) (I know "TMI" (too much info) But, please if I did it, you should do it also. Call your doctor to make an appointment. Good for YOU - you will be very pleased with yourself after you are done. Enjoy this beautiful Summer we are getting. Penny Jo www.Esportsbra.com
Hi All - Just a note that the PO (purchase order) is IN, and fabric and findings (zippers, edging materials, etc) have been ordered. We will shortly have our 32 - 34 C - D - DD bras available in good numbers. We have JUST a couple (literally - TWO only) of the white ones left, and 0 (zero, nada, zip) left in black. ;o( Keep checking our site. www.Esportsbra.com Enjoy this beautiful Summer-like weather. It is gorgeous here in Spokane, Washington. Til next time.......... Take care, Penny Jo www.Esportsbra.com
Well, our order is in for our next, EIGHTH, production run. We are very excited to be back with this manufacturer. They were too busy last time, doing apparel for the OLYMPICS, so they could not fit us in - with our "small" order of one hundred Dozen bras !! Yes, that is 1200 sportsbras. A pretty big number for most of us, but pretty small for big manufacturers.
We HAVE decided to KEEP our production here in the USA. We LIKE to say "Proudly made in the USA". We did check in Thailand, and the prices were very reasonable, but, we really want to keep the economy going here in the USA. I hope others will do the same, and stop sending their production overseas.
Sooo, watch our website - there will be something NEW !!! Enjoy this beautiful weather.
Remember WHY we celebrate Memorial Day this Monday. It began back in 1868 to decorate the graves of Civil War Soldiers. Formerly known as Decoration Day, it commemorates U.S. men and women who died while in the military service. First enacted to honor Union soldiers of the American Civil War (it is celebrated near the day of reunification after the civil war), it was expanded after World War I to include American casualties of any war or military action.
Please remember our Soldiers. - and Thank them please, when you see them.
